Hands-on Care Needed For My Wife My wife of 50 yrs has vascular dementia- NOT Alzheimer's. Must SPEAK CLEARLY and understand how to deflect her requests. Require a 4th Caregiver from 2 to 4 days / from 14 to 28 hrs a week - Fri - Tues [possibly Wed] ranging from 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. to coordinate with 3 other caregivers RESPONSIBILITIES: Meals, shower, grooming & bathroom assist. About 2 hours of walking daily - walker / rollater outdoors-light housekeeping and shopping. ACTIVITIES Wife wakes up at 8:30 AM, breakfast - walk 14 lb Cavapoo 1 hr in AM and 1 hr in PM - Supper at 4 p.m. Bed 7 p.m.
