Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Sloughhouse

About who needs care: This is for my parents. My mother, late 80s is frail with limited mobility and some memory issues. My father, who is 91, has taken on the task of caregiver but it is more than he can handle. We would like someone in on a daily basis for light housekeeping, hygiene help with mother, meal preparation and occasional transportation for doctors appointments. Ideally it would allow my father to leave the house at times to engage in his hobbies and activities and relieve him of the constant meal prep. About the care needs: Caring but take charge, with experience with elderly. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
