About who needs care: My spouse has a mild cognitive impairment. He is deaf, and his primary language is American Sign Language. He can write simple English and read, but he has started losing his memory of vocabulary words. His routine: 1) Take dogs outside and bring them back inside 2) Clean cat's litter 3) Take medicines 4) Drink coffee and toast and watch news 5) Feed dogs and cats 6) change clothes 7) Walk dogs 8) Sometimes, he may take a nap. 9) Around 10 am, he may eat breakfast. About the care needs: 1) Communication skills - willing to communicate with the deaf person by using a gesture or writing or showing pictures. 2) technological skills to fix TV and cooking for breakfast and lunch 3) love dogs and cats.
