About who needs care: Adult young man with autism. Looking for part time positions with some behavioral training background. Meal prep, bathroom assistance, safety supervision and activities as scheduled. Experience in de-escalation techniques helpful. About the care needs: Energetic and outgoing personality able to help use calming techniques when needed and assist with ADLs for a 6ft 2in 26-year-old male with Autism. He is verbal enough to get his needs and requests across but cannot carry on a conversation. He likes to watch his iPad or look at his reflection so there can be down time with this position. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
