Part Time (no Set Schedule) Assistance Needed (Errands/Driving) For My Mother In Sherman Oaks

Hello! My wonderful almost 80-year-old mother has fibromyalgia which means she has constant pain, fatigue and nausea. I'm looking for someone responsible (no smoking, no perfumes, my mom has a scent sensitivity) to help my mom out from time to time as I live in another city. This means driving her to doctors' appointments, waiting with her there, and taking notes with with the doctor says, as her short term memory is not great these days. There's no set schedule for this, would just be as needed when my mom has appointments. Could also sometimes include taking her to get her hair done, please. Thank you!
