Companion Care Needed For My Father In Sebastopol

I need a companion care provider experience for my father in his 90s. One of us will probably be home as well but we work from home so need someone in the house who can answer his questions. He has dementia. We would prefer someone who can do some housecleaning. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. We might ask you to take him on walks or small errands (to get a newspaper, for example). Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets.
