Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Scotts Valley

About who needs care: We are looking for someone who needs a place to live. We have daytime caregiving four days a week. My mom is a healthy, pretty self-sufficient person, but does require a walker. We want someone in the house overnight primarily.. Three mornings a week we need very light assistance for her. We would prefer someone who enjoys cooking and would be willing to do a little bit of meal prep. The rent for the room would be discounted in exchange for all of the above. The home is located just outside of Scotts Valley. No more than 10 minutes to town. The room thats available is a large master bedroom with a large walk-in closet as well as a large bathroom with a shower and a large tub. The room has beautiful views of the woods. Renter will have full access to the kitchen. There is one cat in the house, so no cat allergies. About the care needs: Easy going, friendly Must like cats (just one in the home) Must like to cook healthy meals Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
