Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Scotts Valley

I need a companion care provider experience for my mother in her 90s. Seeking someone to handle light meal preparation. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets. She has mild/moderate dementia and I need someone to occasionally stay with her when I go out in the evening for a few hours (dinner, concert etc) or on weekend days for several hours. She uses a walker and is a fall risk so she can't be alone.
