I'm searching for a caregiver for my 87-year-old mother-in-law. She has dementia, so I need someone who is experienced with this condition and can handle her unique needs. I'm looking for someone who can lift 100 pounds and knows how to transfer her safely to a commode and wheelchair. She can't cook for herself, so some light meal prep would be required. She also takes medication that needs to be administered, but it will be prepared ahead of time.
