Traveling from out of state for specialized medical treatments in Santa Monica. Not senior citizen, but have a chronic illness, am partially disabled & require some assistance. Have 2 days of outpatient medical procedures with a few days to recover. Need assistance the 1st couple of days. Advanced medical training not required, just basic first aid skills, such as changing bandages, monitoring temp ect. REQUIREMENTS: 1) provide me with transportation to and from surgical center on Dec 18th & 19th + assist me in and out of the Surgical Center. 2) pick up prescriptions from local pharmacy. 3) take notes (or recording) on my discussion with the Doctor and his findings. 4) change bandage or apply tape. 5)stay with me for the day to keep an eye on me. Assist with basic living needs for for 3 days, approximately 10 hrs/day.
