Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Santa Clara

Seeking companion care near Santa Clara for my mother in her 80s. Medication management is required. Some help needed with bathing. Seeking someone that lives close because we would prefer someone that can come more often for shorter periods of time. She typically only needs 2-3 hours 3-4 times per week to help with light housekeeping, making sure she's taken her medication, helping her get in/out of the shower if needed, making sure she has eaten, and ensuring she moves around a bit.
