Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Santa Clara

About who needs care: has a cast on left arm wrist / goes to dialysis 3 days a week /was mobile before fall / will need help w/ diaper changing , getting to the porta pottie or bathroom, bathing 3 days a week [day or night before dialysis ], getting out from bed to wheelchair & on to walker - for leg strengthining PT & back on to bed for more leg therapy {I will do that], getting her into vehicle - transport & out of vehicle & back into residence About the care needs: emphathitic, patient - kind - caring - not playing w/ phone at all, helpfull & willing to train son to do same job Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
