About who needs care: I have Afib and osteoporosis with a painful lower back when not lying down, mostly in bed. About the care needs: A trained person without very young children, ideally a CNA with experience of several years, able to help me with dressing and showering, drive me in my car to appts, medical and non- medical. A patient person, as I move very slowly with a walker. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
