Companion Care Needed For My Dad In Santa Barbara

About who needs care: My dad is 83 and has early alzheimers. We are looking for another set of hands to help out in the household: get lunch, maybe getting dad out for a walk and keeping him company. Occasional errands, He is a lovely guy. About the care needs: Someone who is bright and likes to discuss topics. Someone who has patience with someone with some memory loss and can roll with "what is". IE Can go with the flow, but also take charge and help my dad remember to take good care of himself: getting healthy food ready, a little exercise, encourage cognitive activities: a game, gardening, chores... Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
