I need a hands-on care provider with experience with the elderly for my mother in law in her 70s, with some mobility issues 4-5 hours/day. Direct help with the senior would just be about 1 hour-2. 5 hours per day, in the morning, helping her bathe & dress. She can walk and we will have a shower chair/toilet chair. And about 1. 5-2 hours of light housekeeping we are staying (eg make beds/do dishes - nothing major). Spanish speaking preferred as my MIL is hard of hearing and speaks Spanish, and some English/but the hearing issues make English communication a little harder.
