About the job
We need companion care to take care of my 87-year-old dad in San Ramon. One of your responsibilities will be making sure he is safe in the shower and is cleaned properly. He uses a cane and occasionally, a walker. His mind is fairly sharp. We're looking for someone to provide companionship, take him to senior center, walks, take him for walks with his dog, medical appointments, and running errands. You'll be responsible for transporting to/from appointments. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets and CPR / first-aid trained. We are ONLY looking for PART TIME. Days are flexible, but a minimum of 2 days a week, 4 hours a day would be perfect. If interested, please send me email.
