About who needs care: Will be released from a rehab facility. Low activity. Breakfast, TV, reading, naps. Will need assistance with foley care, bathing. Can use walker with assistance. About the care needs: He's hard of hearing so will require someone with a louder speaking voice. Will need assistance with preparing a light breakfast and meals, but does not require a large meal for any meal. Groceries will be taken care of. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
