About the job
As a Quadriplegic he needs confident, detail oriented, down to earth, dependable and hands on FEMALE caregiver, age 20-35 due to social situations, to help with ADL's and paramedical needs. Need to be upbeat but calm under pressure, a good listener/take direction well, detail oriented and perform a variety of tasks to help. This job is about 1/3rd work and 2/3rds hanging out and having fun. Responsibilities Assist/facilitate ADLs & personal care (Bowel Program) and hygiene (Shower/Bed bath, Brushing Teeth) Assist client get into and out of wheelchair by means of Slide Transfer -if you have back issues this job is NOT for you. Prepare meals and assist client with eating & chores (dishes, laundry, light cleaning) Driving client to Physical Therapy and Doctors Appointments Assist with work and home projects
