Hands-on Care Needed For My Wife

About who needs care: Recovering from a reversal of an ileostomy surgery. About 2 weeks ago was the reversal surgery. Intense pains from time to time from anal spinchter spasms. Eating a limited diet like soft foods(mashed potato, non citrus fruit, pudding, Powerade, smoothies, cream of wheat, ... some mobility to the bathroom, around the home and to her bedroom. An occasional walk outside or back patio. Wears adult diapers as plumbing is slowly working its way back. About the care needs: Young, listens, cheerful, skilled in nursing and think ahead, sports background, caring, ... Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
