Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In San Marcos

I need a hands-on care provider with Alzheimer's / Dementia / Parkinson's experience for my mother in her 80s. Assistance with medication is needed. Assistance with toileting, incontinence care, and bathing is needed. We're looking for someone to provide safety and companionship. She uses a walker and wheelchair for mobility. This would be respite care for me since I am her primary caregiver at this time. My mother is a very pleasant person who enjoys reading and watching shows about gardening, animals, and cooking. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained. Bilingual English/Spanish is helpful but not a requirement.
