About who needs care: My mom is being discharged from hospital after having pneumonitis and she is now on oxygen and will need assistance with daily tasks. About the care needs: The caregiver should be someone who is persistent, can provide assurance with her mobility (will be on a walker and oxygen) and ensure she is doing the PT and OT she has been given. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
