About who needs care: Currently in hospice care while at senior assisted living facility; has colostomy bag, needs continence care, has cancer, very little mobility, some dementia, can feed himself but needs help in most other tasks. About the care needs: Patient, physically capable to help 100 lbs man from falls on the floor, ability to change diapers, give shower once per week, simple food prep, small household errands, help move around on wheelchair, provide some companionship. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
