About the job
Our beloved C. is disappearing into Alzheimers. She is still able to dress and bathe by herself, and is often clear headed and thoughtful. But more and more she is confused and frightened and "lost' to herself. Her memory is going, and she can't self-initiate any activities. She still loves to walk in her neighborhood and garden and listen to music. We need live-in home care in her lovely home. Medication management is required. Some light tidying up is involved. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation and taking her to medical appointments. We are looking for a calm, friendly and reliable person who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained.
