Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In San Jose

I need senior care provider with experience in caring for an elderly who has Parkinson. Female is preferred. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Bathing / Dressing, Feeding, Companionship, Transportation. Important - experience with managing and administering medication is required. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. One of your responsibilities will be helping with bathing. Personal care required, including feeding. I am looking for someone to provide companionship. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.).
