Companion Care Needed For My Father In San Jose

About who needs care: Limited mobility. I would like him to get more exercise. His hobby is photography and he is a Christian. He needs some companionship and tidying up. About the care needs: Someone who is patient. His memory is deteriorating and he suffers from depression. He needs to be reminded to check his blood sugars. I need someone who can do laundry and isn't afraid of dogs. There is a large dog that lives downstairs. (not my dad's) Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
