Seeking Senior Care Provider In San Jose

I need a senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing / Dressing, Heavy Lifting, Meal Preparation, Transportation. Important - experience with managing and administering medication is required. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. One of your responsibilities will be transferring from bed to wheelchair, and from wheelchair to chair. Assist with bathroom functions, and bathing. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. We ask that you handle transportation as needed using our vehicle. We are looking for someone that is empathetic, patient, observant, kind/caring, reliable, local, and is okay around dogs. preferably registered with IHSS. We may ask you to take on more days if your schedule permits.
