Hands-on Care Needed For My Husband In San Jose

About who needs care: Recovering from hip replacement surgery. Legs need strengthening. Uses walker, but reluctantly. Afraid of falling. Sleeps a lot. Incontinent at night, but usually can tell when he has to pee or poop. We use pee pads on the bed. Likes to watch original Star Trek. Husband is drifting into dementia, has hallucinations of other people in the house when there are none. Wears Depends underwear. About the care needs: Needs to be an encourager, patient, able to support my husband in the few steps into the bathroom from our bed. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
