About who needs care: She is currently at an SNF for short-term rehabilitation after a fall. She is still in a in a lot of pain and the pain meds interfere with clear thinking. Her husband is 84 and cannot tend to her every request to make her more comfortable, and staff cannot tend to her so personally either, of course (and the staff at the SNF have been wonderful.) Her children have to go back to work and cannot stay with her during the day. We're seeking a kind, patient someone who can stay with her most of the day to ensure she doesn't stand/walk unsupervised (even though she wants to!), can adjust her pillows to her comfort as much as possible, encourage her to eat without pushing, and just be there for her during this difficult process. Services needed include: mobility assistance.
