About who needs care: My mother lives alone downtown SF, 94111 and has macular degeneration (is going blind.) uses a walker but prefers to shower and wash up independently. She needs: Help with medicine, meal prep (good cooks appreciated), short walks, run errands./shopping, light housekeeping, . Because my mother's hearing is so bad, she needs someone with clear English. *Please don't apply if you cannot communicate clearly without a strong accent.* About the care needs: Friendly, patient, knowledge of memory care, but mostly should be VERY clearly understood, articulate clearly and slowly without a strong accent because she is very deaf. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands/shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
