Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In San Francisco

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Bathing / Dressing, Feeding, Heavy Lifting, Companionship. Medication management is required. Some light tidying up is involved. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. Personal care required, including feeding. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Our mother is 79 with late stage dementia. Ideal candidate would be able to use a hoyer lift or be able to lift 120lbs to transfer to/from bed and wheelchair. We are located by Stern Grove in San Francisco. There is plenty of street parking and we are close to public transportation.
