Hands-on Care Needed For My Loved One In San Francisco

About who needs care: He suffered a stroke in January 2025. He needs someone to spot him when he is moving around. He uses a wheelchair and walker. He needs help with showering and toileting, medication reminders, meal prep, exercise (walking), and appointment transportation. He can feed himself. About the care needs: I can't think of anything else to share here regarding personality fit. My brother is introverted and likes to watch videos. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
