Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In San Francisco

About who needs care: My mom has dementia, still able to feed and toilet herself but has significant memory problems. She gets bored and needs someone to interact with at home. Taking her on a walk or out to lunch would be great. She can walk but needs assistance with safety. She has a walker that she can use that doubles as a wheelchair if she gets too tired. About the care needs: Someone calm and kind, very patient and having experience with people with dementia is necessary as my mom has a lot of word finding difficulty and can get confused, speech often doesn't make sense. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
