Companion Care Needed For My Mother In San Francisco

We need a reliable and trustworthy companion to take care of my mother in San Francisco. She is still sharp, but physically disabled and cannot get around. Mostly the job entails running errands. Getting groceries and putting them away. Picking up delivered items at her post office box and getting prescriptions. Getting her garbage down the back stairs. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. Preference is for a caregiver who is fairly fit and a non-smoker.
