Personal Care Aide In San Francisco

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide to join our team in providing care and services for a young adult with Rett Syndrome. The ideal candidate will have a strong and stable demeanor, be able to work collaboratively with other aides, and possess the ability to learn and follow specialized and individualized training. Responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities such as ambulation, transfers, stretching, and exercising, as well as participating in structured and unstructured activities, including social and educational outings. Previous experience in a similar setting and circumstance is required. The successful candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, be able to work as part of a team and independently and have the physical stamina to assist with transfers.
