Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In San Francisco

About who needs care: in need of 24hr care, her Diagnoses are: Intra-cerebral hemorrhage, 2 aneurysms, stroke, hypertension, A-Fib heart condition, 2-dislocated shoulders with bilateral rotator cuff tears, chronic osteoarthritis (complete body), and piles. She also has some personal care needs such as repositioning every 1-2 hours, incontinence care, hemorrhoidal care, cleaning, change of diapers, bedding, personal hygiene care and apply medical creams, suppository and oral medications and feeding. Since her Intra-cerebral hemorrhage, Stroke, A-Fib heart condition & Shoulder Dislocation she needs 24hr care. She struggles with high levels of Anxiety with just the thought of a stranger in her home to help care for her without us. This is not good for her mental or physical and emotional health and well-being for her recovery. The high levels of Anxiety can cause her Hypertension to rise and that was the cause of her stroke and her A-fib heart condition. We were told by her Neurologists that high levels of stress could cause her aneurysms to erupt. We do not want her to have another stroke nor for her to go backwards and end up in a Skilled Nursing facility again. She was there for nearly 2 months. About the care needs: Good listener because she loves to talk. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
