Hands-on Care Needed For My Girlfriend In San Diego

We need hands-on care to take care of my girlfriend in San Diego, her name is Rifka, and she's 38 years old. She is a transgender woman, and we need someone willing to use her pronouns and current name, protect her from misgendering and reduce her being in contact her legal name. Rifka is autistic and can be non-verbal, we would like someone who is willing to learn about it and can help with overstimulation and meltdowns. She has trouble with planning and organizing; medication management is required. Rifka will need gentle guiding and proactive choice of chores and activities. She is an aware grownup and should be respected as such. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation.
