Assistance Post Knee Surgery For 72yo M (in Home)

My 72-year-old father is having knee replacement surgery. We need a caregiver to come to his house and assist him for at least 4 weeks likely 6 weeks. The first two-4 weeks , we would like someone to come 6-7 days a week if possible for 8-10 hrs a day. Main tasks including helping him transport from bed to living room/bathroom etc, help with bathing , applying ice wraps, giving meds and making sure he does his at home PT. Surgery is 3/7. If possible to help start that evening and then basically around 8-6 the following days. He had his other knee done a year ago and did well.
