Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In San Diego

I need a hands-on care provider experience for my father in his 80s. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets. My father's wife is also in her 80's and in fair health, but has back pain issues that limit her ability to fully assist him.
