Daily Assistance For My Elderly Father

We need hands-on care to help with my father in San Diego. My mother is currently assuming all at-home care responsibility and simply cannot do it alone. My father is living with Parkinson's but is more plagued by mobility and urology issues. He falls down on occasion and needs help getting up. We are looking for someone who can help with transportation, medication, mobility assistance and PT exercises, some light tidying, bathing/getting dressed only on occasion, and flexible to sometimes help with overnights if possible. My parents have a 12 yr old golden retriever so must be comfortable with pets. Thank you!
