About who needs care: N is my sister who is special needs (IDD/ADS) and she is going to be moving in with us in February. She is quite sweet and really loves companionship. We both work a lot either from home, office or travel, and she will be in day programs, but we will need help at times at home and taking her to and other events. Not all days or activities, but just knowing we have help and a backup would be incredibly helpful to us!! About the care needs: Someone that understands IDD and has patience with basically a child (my sister is delayed and stuck at about a 7-11-year-old in her mind). She does love to bowl, read and we would love someone who could motivate her to go on walks and get outside more too. Services needed include: transportation, and companionship.
