Live-in Home Care Needed For My Mother In San Diego

We are seeking female live-in home to take care of my 82-year-old mother in downtown San Diego starting in 2025. She recently broke her left hip and is currently under 24/7 at home nursing care. She wishes to stay in her apartment but won't be able to safely live alone even after her hip is healed. Some light tidying up will be involved as well as help with showering and some help preparing meals. Duties include providing companionship, social interaction, and making sure she doesn't fall and is safe in her apartment. The live-in caregiver would have their own bedroom and bathroom. We are looking for a female, non-smoker.
