Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In San Diego

About who needs care: Looking for someone to come assist my MIL for safety when my husband and I wish to have date night or go on vacation. She enjoys watching movies and quilting. She post stroke (almost a year) Can walk with with a spotter, able to use the restroom on her own and bathe herself (some transfer assistance needed and oversight) Ideal day: wake up 630 a.m. for a bathroom break 930 a.m. morning wake up and bathroom break, then breakfast Lunch anywhere from noon to 2 Dinner around 630 930 bedtime she'll let you know when she needs to use the restroom. Would be great if someone can do her exercises with her as needed. About 30-60min a day. She's pretty happy enjoying conversation and watching Disney movies with people. About the care needs: She'd like a kind, soft-spoken person. She needs a gentle voice, but someone who won't let her be lazy throughout the day. Ability to assist her with walking and minimal exercises. Someone who can make simple healthy meals. Interest in quilting or sewing would be nice. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
