I need care provider with experience with recovering stroke patient. The patient is in his 50's, has some cognitive and speech impairment. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Help Staying Physically Active, Meal Preparation, Errands / Shopping, Transportation. Please be willing to do limited personal care duties. We're looking for some help preparing meals. He also needs reminders of in-home therapy appointments.
