Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In San Diego

Seeking hands-on care near San Diego for my father in his 90s. My mother is also there, she is much younger and still in good shape, but she needs assistance and the ability to take a break. Assistance needed with bathing and parts of his daily routine. He is able to walk around with his walker, but he gets tired easily, so spends much of his day sitting. We would love someone to encourage him to walk around and do some of his physical therapy routine. He is Austrian, so anyone that speaks German is a huge bonus; however, he is perfectly fluent in English, as is my Mother. There may be light house keeping duties. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets (they have one elderly cat).
