Seeking Care Provider In San Diego

I need a care provider with experience. My wife has Huntington's Disease. I need to travel to Asia for two weeks in early August. I need someone to stay in my home and care for my wife. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing / Dressing, Feeding, Meal Preparation, Companionship, Errands / Shopping. Assistance with medication is needed. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. One of your responsibilities will be helping with bathing. Personal care required, including feeding. We're looking for some help preparing meals. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. We'll need you to handle groceries or errands when appropriate.
