Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In San Bruno

My mom is 74 and is in good health but recently took a fall and shattered her left knee cap. I need to find her a senior care provider with experience that can help her around her house. Our care needs are: Light Housekeeping, Laundry, Mobility Assistance, Meal Preparation, Companionship, Errands / Shopping, Transportation. You'll be responsible for transporting to/from appointments as well as make sure she is following her care plan, attending physical therapy appointments and doing her PT exercises at home. Mom is capable of dressing herself, putting on her own make-up and getting herself ready in the morning and evening. She really needs more help to support her healing and making sure she doesn't over due it and doesn't bend her leg. It would be great if you can also take mom out of the house so she can have an activity.
