Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In San Bernardino

Seeking hands-on care near San Bernardino for my mother in her 80s. Assistance with medication is needed. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping, mainly laundry. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements, as well as incontinence issues regularly needing to be changed and cleaned up. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained. Patient is extremely hard of hearing so it would greatly help if caregiver is English speaking without any strong accents (mostly to make the caregivers life easier, lol).
