Hands-on Care Needed For My Grandmother In San Bernardino

About who needs care: I'm looking for care for my 71-year-old grandparents. My grandmother had a stroke a few years ago that resulted in the loss of stable mobility on her right side and uses a walker, she has an underlying heart condition, and arthritis, and has had 30+ surgeries. My grandfather has dementia that is progressing each week, and he has trouble remembering basic things like hygiene and eating. They can't drive themselves or access certain parts of their home due to my grandmother's walker and my grandfather forgetting what he is supposed to be doing. They need more fun things to do, otherwise they will sit watching the news the whole day. About the care needs: Someone with patience because my grandfather will forget things and you will need to repeat them many times. We also need someone who can be forceful because my grandparents sometimes put up a fight about small things like eating or going out. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
