Looking For A Live In Caregiver

Looking for a trustworthy female who is drug free and organized/clean to live with my 74-year-old mother rent free with utilities paid and groceries supplied in exchange for caregiving. Can pay $500 a week. My mom is currently bedridden due to weakness in her legs due to arthritis pain. She's recently been diagnosed with dementia and has some forgetfulness and confusion at times. She needs help caring for herself such as bed baths, frequent diaper changes to prevent UTI, she needs her medicine given 3 times per day. I do her medication for the week. She needs all meals and snacks prepared. She can feed herself . She has home health through Kaiser coming weekly so needs help answering the door for physical and occupational therapists, nurses and bed bath assistant. She's able to stand on her feet but hasn't been able to take any steps yet. She has a Hoyer lift, wheel chair, bedside commode, transfer pole is being installed, shower chair etc. She needs someone that is full of energy and who can motivate and encourage her to sit on the side of the bed each meal and get her to do exercises daily. She has a small dog and a cat that will need care too so someone who enjoys animals would be ideal. They are both very affectionate animals and need lots of love. Also, some light housekeeping is needed (kitchen, bathroom, sweeping, laundry and vacuuming). My mom loves watching television. Her favorite shows are let's make a deal, price is right, Family Feud, 90 day fiancé, sister wives, and anything paranormal. She enjoyed doing karaoke back in the day and being a social butterfly. She loves makeup and clothes and all the girly girl stuff. Someone that's familiar with Alzheimer's and dementia. Someone with patience and understanding who won't take things personally. My mom asks a lot of questions (probably because she was an analyst for 25 years) and repeats them every day. Especially when she's given her medication. She's like a little kid sometimes. Someone that can make her laugh and smile and be happy. Someone that knows how to take a temperature and blood pressure. There's parking in the driveway or on street. Bus stop is close by. One dog and one cat.
