Hands-on Care Needed For Myself In Sacramento California

I'm looking for hands-on care for myself in my 70s. I have muscular dystrophy and use an electric wheelchair. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Personal care required, including feeding, toileting bathing and dressing. We're looking for help preparing meals. Preferences for a caregiver who is CPR / first-aid trained. Some experience with bowel and bladder care, preferred.
